Founded in 2015 by industry-leading Lash Artist and Trainer Jess, Elite quickly became Ipswich’s most trusted and respected destination for lash and brow services. We are proud to use only premium-quality products and advanced techniques to consistently deliver beautiful, lasting results.

In July 2022, the studio moved to a more spacious and accessible location to better accommodate our growing clientele. This exciting transition marked the beginning of a new chapter for our studio, allowing us to expand both our services and team.

We offer a curated menu of services including lash extensions, brow styling, brow lamination, and lash lifts all tailored to enhance your natural features. Plus, training opportunities are coming soon, designed to support aspiring lash artists as they begin or grow their careers in the beauty industry.

In 2025, we embraced further growth with Jess returning to the industry and Bec stepping into the Studio Manager role. Alongside delivering custom lash sets to her clients, Bec leads the team through mentorship, training, and a commitment to service excellence. We also welcomed a dedicated lash apprentice, further enhancing our client experience and investing in the future of the industry.
