FAQ’s
What are eyelash extensions??
Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent fibers individually applied to your natural lashes using a professional-grade adhesive, They add length, volume, and shape to enhance your eyes without needing mascara. At Elite, we use high-quality extensions made from PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) a durable, lightweight material that is vegan, cruelty-free, and not derived from animals. We care deeply about both lashes and animal welfare, because our passion doesn’t stop at lashes, we love our fur babies too.
How long do lash extensions last?
With proper care and depending on your lash cycle, lash extensions can last 3–4 weeks. We recommend infills every 2–3 weeks to maintain a full, fresh look.
How long does the appointment take?
A full set typically takes 60–120 minutes, depending on the style and volume. Infills usually take 45–75 minutes.
Can I choose the style?
Absolutely! We specialise in custom lash design, from natural to dramatic. We’ll consult with you to find the best curl, length, and volume to suit your eye shape, lifestyle, and preferencese.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes??
When applied professionally and cared for properly, extensions do not damage natural lashes. We apply only to healthy lashes and follow strict weight and length guidelines.
Can I get them wet?
Yes, you can swim and go about your daily activities as normal. However, to ensure the best retention, it's important to avoid steam, excessive sweating, and oils near the lash line, especially within the first 24 hours after application
What’s the difference between a full set and an infill?
A full set is for new clients or if you have little to no extensions left. An infill is a maintenance appointment where we replace grown-out or missing lashes to keep your set looking fresh.

Yes, though we recommend removing contact lenses during your appointment. Let your lash artist know if you have sensitivities we can tailor the products and process to your needs.

Yes, but please note that you’ll need to lie on your back for up to 90-120 minutes depending on your choosen last set, which may be uncomfortable however we do offer additional support pillows, we have had babies and know all the feels so happy to accomodate. Hormonal changes such as pregnancy can also affect your lash retention.
