Arrival & Late Policy

For your initial appointment, please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for your consultation. For infills and future full sets, arrive at your confirmed appointment time. If you are 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and a 50% fee of the booked service will apply.

Pre-Appointment Requirements

Please arrive with no eye makeup on your lashes or lash line.
A lash cleanse is required before every treatment to remove natural oils, dirt, and debris. However, removing mascara or makeup can be time-consuming and may not be fully effective, which can negatively impact lash retention.

Infill Requirements

To qualify for an infill, at least 40% of your lash extensions must remain. If less than 40% remains, a full set will be required this will be confirmed prior to treatment. We accept infills from other salons; however, photos of your current lashes must be sent before booking. We will advise on appropriate timing or whether a removal and full set is necessary. Please note that our 5-day guarantee does not apply to work done elsewhere.

Aftercare Guidelines - Lash Exentsions

Proper aftercare is essential for lash retention. Exposure to heat, oils, and poor hygiene can weaken the adhesive bond. Follow these care tips to maintain your lashes:

  • Clean and brush lashes daily

  • No mascara

  • No eyeliner

  • No lash curlers

  • Avoid pulling or rubbing your lashes

  • Schedule regular infills every 2–3 weeks

Natural lash shedding (3–5 lashes per day) is completely normal. This becomes more visible when extensions or lash lifts are applied. Retention may vary depending on individual lash cycles, hormones, and lifestyle factors.

Age Restrictions

Due to salon policies and legal guidelines, we cannot perform services on anyone under the age of 16. Clients aged 16–18 years require parental or guardian consent and the guardian must remain on the premises during the service.

Our 5-Day Guarantee

We offer a 5-day guarantee on our lash extension services. If you experience excessive shedding (more than 50%) within 5 days, contact us via phone, email, or direct message. We will provide a free touch-up, along with an aftercare assessment to determine any contributing factors.
Please note: We ensure the highest standard of application at the time of service.

Deposits & Cancellation Policy

A $40 booking fee is required for all appointments.
All services are non-refundable. In the rare event a refund is issued, it will be processed via the original payment method. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This must be done via phone, text, or email. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit no exceptions.
